Change Catalog Year

You may elect to graduate under the requirements of any catalog in effect during the five years after formal acceptance to a certificate or associate degree program, or seven years after formal acceptance to a baccalaureate or graduate program. Requests to change to a catalog year outside your five or seven year admissions window will not be processed.

Changing catalog years does not change the five/seven year expiration. If the requirements for a baccalaureate degree are not met within seven years of formal acceptance into the program (or five years for undergraduate certificate or associate degree programs), your admission expires. You must reapply for admission.

A course satisfying a particular General Education Requirement (GER) in the semester in which it was completed will continue to satisfy that GER even if its status changes in the catalog under which you graduate.

Please check with your advisor before submitting this request.
