Biography

Christina Claw is from St. Michaels, Arizona, located in the Navajo Nation. She moved to Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ in the winter of 2015 from Phoenix, Arizona. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2015. Christina spent 8 years at Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ Regional Hospital, primarily as an Endoscopy Nurse, with additional roles in Diabetes Education and Cardiac Rehab. Her career then transitioned to an educational focus when she started at the University of Anchorage in 2021 as a Clinical Nursing Instructor and a Skills Lab Instructor for the College of Health. In May of 2024, Christina transitioned into the position as the RRANN Coordinator serving Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ Native and American Indian Students.
