Registrants canceling more than 10 business days prior to the first day of the event will be refunded 90% of the registration fee and the remaining 10% is kept as a cancellation fee. 

The registration fee will not be refunded if a cancellation is received less than 10 business days before the activity. 

Cancellations must be emailed to uaa_cache@alaska.edu

You may send a substitute in your place, please contact uaa_cache@alaska.edu, if sending a substitute. 

Employer Pay Deadline / Waitlist Policy

When selecting the Employer Pay option, your seat is held pending payment. Employers must submit full payment no later than 10 business days prior to the course start date.

If payment is not received by the deadline:

  1. Your reservation will be canceled.
  2. The seat will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
  3. You may re-register only if a new seat becomes available.

Please work directly with your employer to ensure timely payment.
