Strategic Enrollment Management Plan
Supporting UAA's overall Strategic Plan (UAA 2027), our Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plan was created in 2023 through a comprehensive and inclusive planning process. The plan runs through 2028, with a goal to increase both Retention and new admissions, gradually increasing overall UAA enrollment to nearly 16,000 students.
The University of Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æ Board of Regents retained EAB to recommend proven strategies, best practices, and tactics that will inform the development and implementation of a University of Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æ systemwide attainment framework. ​T​h±ð&²Ô²ú²õ±è;framework includes a situational analysis and recommendations for UAA to enhance recruitment, retention, and graduation results to serve Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æ residents, meet state workforce needs, and benefit the state economy.
