In recognition of World Listening Day on July 18, UA HR composed a development spotlight that explores how intentional listening builds trust, strengthens relationships and creates a more collaborative workplace.

Strong listening skills support productive conversations, whether you are in person, hybrid, or remote. This month鈥檚 development collection provides actionable tools to help you:

• Stay actively engaged and ask meaningful questions.
• Navigate difficult conversations and resolve conflict.
• Ensure others feel heard, understood and valued.
