Registration is now open for the , hosted by the UAF Department of Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ Native Studies and Rural Development at UAA's Anchorage campus Nov. 4-6.
About the symposium
Students and invited to join for an inspiring three-day gathering that brings together esteemed Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ Native leaders and practitioners from across the Circumpolar North. Open to the public and students of RD F492/F600, this symposium is more than a series of presentations—it’s a celebration of Indigenous knowledge, resilience and leadership in action.
Why attend?
The Indigenous Leadership Symposium fosters a space for dialogue and learning around Indigenous leadership in cross-cultural and rural contexts. Attendees can connect with students, faculty and community leaders as they explore leadership values rooted in tradition, resilience and innovation.
