Please join the chancellor, provost and Accreditation Advisory Committee at the 2025 Annual Assessment Retreat.
We will conclude our year of self-reflection with a conversation about 鈥淗ow we know and what do we do about it?鈥� What are the evaluation processes that we use to understand how well we have met our goals? How do those processes feed into decision making and resource allocation? How well is this working in your unit?
Who: All faculty and staff are invited to attend.
Vice chancellors and their leadership teams.
All faculty and staff engaged in assessment and evaluation activities for their areas.
Academic assessment coordinators, deans, and campus directors are asked to attend.What: What do your evaluation processes look like? How do they provide data and information for decision making, planning, and resource allocation? How well is it working? What are some examples of improvements made based on what you learned from your evaluation processes?
Where: LIB 307 in Anchorage and Zoom.
When: Thursday, May 8, 2025, 9:00-11:00 (Coffee and registration at 8:30)
Why: UAA is wrapping up our year of self-reflection around Mission Fulfillment and exploring the direction for our next accreditation cycle, particularly as it relates to what it means to be a dual mission institution. The entire UAA community is invited to participate.
