Attorney John Sky Starkey will speak about subsistence law and community rights in regard to hunting (Community Harvest Hunt--GMU 13), what the meaning of membership is and what the role of Ahtna, Inc. is in representing the community.

Dalee Sambo Dorough (UAA Political Science) will focus on issues facing human rights and corporate rights in Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ.

Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ attorney David S. Case, author of Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ Natives and American Laws, will discuss Âé¶¹ÎÞÂë°æ jurisprudence and the meaning of court battles.
