Coordination of all UAA campus property falls under General Support Services and is overseen by Vince Martinez, who holds this responsibility in addition to serving as the GSS Fiscal Officer.

UAA departments with property-related questions or needs, excluding Surplus property pick-up or delivery requests, should contact Vince Martinez. This includes all fixed asset (鈥渢agged鈥� item) documentation, vehicle paperwork and plates, and campus physical inventory matters. Please do not contact SW Property directly, as doing so can create gaps in required communication and documentation processes.
