Providing quality services to our UAA community through Seawolf Postal Express, Copy & Print Center, Surplus & Relocation, Recycling, and UAA Property.
GSS December Holiday Hours & Service Adjustments
Please note the following seasonal closures and service changes for December:
Tuesday, December 2
Closed from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM for the Chancellor’s Holiday Gathering.
Afternoon mail routes will begin late. Recycling services will run as scheduled.
Wednesday, December 10
Closed from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM.
Afternoon mail routes will begin late. Recycling services will run as scheduled.
Friday, December 19
Closing at 11:00 AM for the day.
All outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS items must be received by 10:00 AM.
No afternoon mail routes or recycling services.
Customers expecting incoming packages or Copy Center deliveries must pick up items
before 10:00 AM.
Wednesday, December 24
Full-day closure. No mail routes or services available.
Normal operations resume Monday, January 5.

Surplus & Relocation
Property Relocation & Removal Services:
- Surplus property pick up and delivery to departments
- Property disposal & destruction
- Public sales of surplus
- Assistance with small departmental moves
Recycling
Recycling Services:
- Centralized bins maintained around campus
- Pick up schedule staffed with student employees
- Paper, plastic, aluminum, batteries included
