Evaluating your Teaching

Ways to evaluate your teaching
Gathering Feedback
Gathering feedback is a common and effective way to document your teaching effectiveness. It can help you:
- Grow and improve as an educator
- Identify the most important changes to make in your teaching
- Document how you have invested in your teaching over time, your commitment to student learning, and your effectiveness as an instructor (helpful for an Annual Activity Report and/or promotion, tenure, post-tenure review)
