As the career navigator, Mary’s role includes connecting with students, providing career counseling and advising, discussing available resources, helping students explore alternative degree paths when needed, and managing information for follow-up.  The role focuses on providing comprehensive career counseling and support to students pursuing health careers. • Employer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare employers and industry partners to explore job opportunities, while staying updated on job market trends.
  • Student Outreach and Support: Conduct outreach to promote career services, develop programs for underrepresented students, and support students exploring different health majors and career options.
