The College of Business and Public Policy is pleased to announce the 2026 Real Estate Management + Investment (REM+I) Workshop, a three‑day immersive experience designed exclusively for high school students interested in exploring the world of real estate, investing, and career pathways in Â鶹ÎÞÂë°æ’s growing property industry. Held Tuesday–Thursday, July 14–16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., this interactive program introduces students to the fundamentals of real estate management and the decision‑making behind income‑producing properties.

Over the first two days, participants will learn how and why people invest in real estate, practice calculating investment cash flows and returns, and even complete an analysis on a property of their choosing. On the final day, students will head into the field for guided building tours, exploring a variety of property types and hearing directly from industry professionals about their work and career journeys.

Admission to the workshop is free, and only 20 students will be selected. Thanks to the generous support of industry partners, lunch will be provided each day and all participants will receive a workshop t‑shirt at no cost. Students who complete the program and plan to pursue related studies at UAA will also be eligible to apply for a $1,000 scholarship.

Any current high school student is eligible to apply. Applications are due April 1, 2026. Students can apply at:
